our story
The Sri Lankan Psychiatrists Association (UK) was formed in 2001 by a group of Psychiatrists of Sri Lankan origin. It was led by the Founder President the late Dr Bobby Somasunderam with an aim of creating a forum for the Psychiatrists of Sri Lankan origin, practicing in the UK.
The Association began as a small group and has now become a well recognised group with a substantial membership across the UK.
